To make an appointment, telephone, request a call back, or complete our appointment form and we'll contact you as soon as possible.
You'll be greeted by our front desk team; please bring your completed medical history form, or arrive 10 minutes early to fill one in, along with a list of any medication you take.
You'll be invited through to a treatment room to meet your dentist, have an informal chat about your dental needs and discuss the forms you've completed.
A full medical history is taken and your dentist carries out a complete examination of your teeth, gums and jaw joints, including a mouth cancer check; low dose digital x-rays and photographs may be taken where appropriate.
Your dentist discusses any findings and treatment options, and you'll be given a detailed estimate for any appropriate treatment with the chance to ask questions.
The consultation normally takes around 20 minutes, after which the front desk team will schedule any further appointments if required.

The initial consultation requires a non-refundable deposit. If you need to rearrange, call reception; if you cancel completely, you will lose the deposit paid.
